We offer a wide range of shipping options thanks to our long-running partnerships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse personnel will pack every item to our exacting requirements. Before shipping your items will be thoroughly inspected and secured. We deliver to hundreds of thousands of customers each day in different countries. The fact that we are determined to become the largest online retailer in the world is obvious. The warehouses are located located in Europe as much as they are in the USA.

Orders that contain more than one item are assigned processing times for each item.

Prior to shipment the items, our staff will carry out an extensive inspection of the products you ordered. Today, the majority orders will be shipped within 48 hours. The expected delivery time will be between 3 and 7 days.

Returns

Due to the multiple parties involved which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we are unable to completely manage our stock. The actual inventory may fluctuate at any time. Please be aware that it's possible that your order will run out of stock even after you've placed your order.

Our policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
